Hi, my name is Stefan.
II am 12 years old and go to school in Brookfield, Wisconsin. I have an older brother, Daniel.
I want to be in a magazine in print, or on TV or in a movie, and here I am!
At school I participate in the musical theatre program. Even though the practices are long, it’s still fun to perform on stage!
When my mom told me I was cast on Into the Outdoors, I was very excited! I’ve always wanted to be on a TV show. I am really excited about being on this show because I love outdoor activities like water skiing and snow skiing. Into the Outdoors makes learning fun!
Q: What do you do for fun when you’re not shooting Into the Outdoors?
A: I read books, draw, jump on our trampoline, and play the piano.
Q: How do your friends and family feel about you being a host on Into the Outdoors?
A: They are all very excited for me and can’t wait to see the episode!
Q: What is the best part about being on Into the Outdoors? And what’s the coolest thing you’ve ever gotten to do on a shoot?
A: I got to pet some of the cows while working at So-Fine Bovines.
Q: Did you learn anything interesting on your shot that you didn’t know before?
A: I learned a ton about working on a farm and a cheese plant.
Q: What did you learn about the shooting process of Into the Outdoors that you didn’t know before?
A: How long it takes to make a good shot.
Q: What is a normal shoot for you like? Do you stay in a hotel the night before or after? Do you have to wear make-up or special clothes? Who decides these things? Do you hang out with the crew? I have so many questions I don’t know where to start… tell me everything?
A: The shoot takes all day. I stay in a hotel between shoots, no makeup required, and I got to wear my own clothes.
Q: Is it hard to make up schoolwork when you have to miss class for an Into the Outdoors shoot? When do you make up the work? And would your parents still let you be a part of the Into the Outdoors cast if your grades started to go down?
A: I try to stay ahead in all my schoolwork. Grades are very important to me and my family, so I would not be able to be on Into the Outdoors if my grades fell.
Q: Of all the Into the Outdoors episodes you’ve done, which one is your favorite? Why? Was the segment’s topic really interesting, or did you just have fun with the crew?
A: I enjoyed working at So-Fine Bovines Dairy Farm because it was interesting to learn about and be near the cows.
Q: What kind of music do you listen to? And do you listen to it between shots or locations on a shoot?
A: like all genres of music. I bring my iPod wherever I go.
Q: What is your favorite movie… and your favorite part, of course?
A: Currently, my favorite movie is Alice in Wonderland. I think Johnny Depp did a great job.
Q: What kind of activities do you participate in at school and in your community?
A: I volunteer at my local library and participate in the drama club at school.
Q: If you could be ANYTHING in the world when you grow up, what would it be? What’s so cool about it… and have you always wanted to be one?
A: I really don’t know what I want to be when I grow up…so many things interest me, like acting and drawing.
